Veggies Soup time

12973539_1059426600770390_7798144880960819783_o Let’s do  a delicious healthy veggies soup. Rich in Protein, Carbohydrates, vitamin A, C,D ,E,K, B6, B12, folate, niacin , iron, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium,Fibers , Water and cholesterol free.

Like my mother used to say “A veggie soup could up a dead man”. Boost Immune system, can get you better from the common cold, give energy, protein and vitamins.



2 Cups of chopped Kabocha Squash

5 Garlic cloves

2 Cups of chopped Potato

2 cups of chopped carrot

2 Celery stalks

 1 Cup of parsley

3 leaves of coriander

1 , 1/2 table spoon of salt

1 tea spoon of lemon Juice

6 Cups of water

Boil it for at least 30 min and that’s it.
