5 Garlic cloves
2 Cups of chopped Potato

2 Celery stalks
1 Cup of parsley
3 leaves of coriander
1 , 1/2 table spoon of salt
1 tea spoon of lemon Juice
6 Cups of water
Boil it for at least 30 min and that’s it.
